Mr. Ted T. C. Chan (Founder and Managing Director)

MTCP, MSc, BSc(Hons), MPIA, MHKIP, RPP

Mr. Ted Chan is the founder of Toco Planning Consultants Limited. He is a Registered Town Planner with over 40 years of government and planning consultancy experience in Hong Kong. He has worked on a variety of projects in different scale involving master planning, Sha Tin new town development, site planning, and plan making. He has extensive experiences on successful planning applications for residential, office, hotel, institutional, recreational, and comprehensive development uses. Every case he completed has innovative ideas to improve the urban development of Hong Kong. In addition, he is expertise in public consultation, project management, land applications and urban design.

In addition to his works, Mr. Chan has been actively participating in social planning projects and provides professional advice to multiple organizations.

Mr. Daniel James C. H. Wei (Associate)

BA(Hons), BTP, MRTPI

Daniel has been working in the planning fields since 2007. He involves in various planning studies and development applications in Hong Kong as well as a number of master planning projects and feasibility studies in China. He is experienced in handling the planning and rezoning applications for residential, commercial and communal developments. He is also experienced with the public consultation process and in addressing queries from the public and government departments. Besides planning submissions, Daniel undertakes visual assessment for development projects.

Ms. Jacqueline Lily Ho (Senior Town Planner)

BAS(Hons), MSc, MRPTI

Jacqueline graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor degree in Architectural Studies and holds a Master Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Hong Kong. She had taken part in organizing and contributed in community workshops and also worked at the Housing Authority as an Assistant Architect. She is getting more familiarize with the planning application process especially for residential, commercial and communal projects in different scale. She is recently working on several columbarium licensing applications and involving in preparation of the traffic management plans.
